I love oxtail and was excited to try theirs. My order came to a little over $40.00 and I felt though it was pricey, good oxtails is at times worth it. It was not tender, the gravy was overly sweet vs savory and overall taste was perhaps the worst oxtail that I have ever eaten. I also tried theirs shrimp Pattie...which was 6.75 that too was not very tasty. The rice and the vegetables were ok. They have a picture of rum cake but it says rock cake. I ordered a slice to see if it was actually rum cake or rock cake. Ps it was rock cake which is almost a cookie texture so there is an error on their website. I would not waste my money here unless it's for a regular spicy beef Pattie or bread. The authentic flavors that I know was definitely missing from both dishes. I want to say more but I don't want to be mean, just honest.

I'm sorry to have to write this as a long time customer. The Jerk Chicken was reheated,the inner part of the meat was cold, no jerk flavor overall. The rice and peas was not fresh, you could tell it was starting to go bad, along with burnt pieces in there, showing there was an attempt to reheat an old batch. the bottled drink wasn't sealed with the plastic seal and tasted like it was watered down. Very very disappointed today. Cutting corners is not a good look. I'm going to order again soon and see if there's a difference. If not, then that will be the last time I order from you. Let's see you do better. thank you.

Flavorless, and dry. I buttered the Coco Bread and added cheese to the patties, reheated and nothing helped. I haven't eaten from this restaurant in years...After this experience I'm done.
