The dirty brown sugar milk tea is the best tea I've ever had. The brown sugar milk tea is less sweet and still tastes great! My new favorite milk tea place.

Ordered 2 Pearl Milk Tea. For some reason they gave us 3, but then 2 of them didn't have any sugar in them in addition to really firm/stale pearls. The 3rd drink did have adequate sugar, but didn't have any ice?
Usually gong cha is my go to, but this experience left me really confused.

Boba pearls are not good and raw in the middle. I mentioned "little ice", but half of the cup is ice as if I said extra ice

All the bubbles in my teas are hard, don't have the right texture. Very disappointed, this was never an issue before.
