All of our sweets are made fresh daily with our stone ground whole wheat and quality ingredients.

The wheat we use is milled in house with a stone mill weekly. We aim to make the freshest breads from scratch as possible. Most of our breads only have 5 to 6 ingredients!! Since there are no preservatives in our products, our bread is good on the counter for 7 to 10 days. After 5 days, we recommend freezing it. It freezes very well!
