• 8/4/23Let me start by saying that this SUPER BURRITO is FAT! I was worried I was gonna pay for a SUPER BURRITO but get a mini one. First bite in, theres flavorrrr. The steak isn't too tough, the rice is so flavorful and fluffy. I asked for new beans & they listened! I usually only get food from street vendors in the Town (Oak) so my expectations were high. Wasn't bad at all!

• 7/11/24I'm considering calling Guadalajara the best restaurant in Oakland. The Chile Verde is like I used to eat as a child. Rice and beans are cooked to perfection. The are amazing, better than most restaurants. Tortillas steamed just right. A great Mexican dish.

• 1/21/26Portion is Huge, Was worth the $20 & could literally feed two . They listened to my instructions which was a plus because some restaurants ignore the instructions . The food was fresh and i will be ordering again . one of the best spots for burritos in oakland

• 4/4/22This is some of the best Mexican I've had in a while. The chicken soup is so so good, green enchiladas superb, even the rice and beans are out of this world. Portions are large, what I ordered for myself could feed a family of four. Great food, great value.

• 1/13/25I dont even like fish and the Pescado Frito is fiiire! With the mojo de ajo sauce, oooweee! The staff follow instructions to the letter and food is alwas sabroso. Boyfriend got the Burrito and was very hapy with his food. 5/5, tasty, packaged well, and arrives quickly - pescado was still crispy! Love to support an Oakland classic and staple.
