I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience and the way my complaint was handled.
I ordered the Pav Bhaji on October 10th from Gwalia, and the food taste was sour. The dish was clearly not fresh and was not fit for consumption.
When I called the restaurant immediately to report the bad taste and request a resolution, the response on the telephone was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff member refused to offer any compensation, refund, or exchange for the inedible item.
A restaurant that prioritizes food safety and customer satisfaction should never refuse to address a legitimate complaint about food quality. This complete lack of customer care and refusal to take responsibility for a spoiled product is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. I will not be ordering from Gwalia again.
