as someone who spent a lot of time in NYC growing up then moving to Ohio, this place is awesome. its everything I miss about halal carts in NYC and honestly, super good. fantastic portions for the Chicken over rice. amazing flavor. fresh ingredients. ive literally ordered from them 3 times this week and plan to order more.

Now the food! The food here is incredible. The Falafel over Rice(vegetarian) was SO fresh. The falafel was flavorful and arrived hot, as was the rice. They offer different sides; I ordered it with salad and hummus. Delicious! The platter was generous and I had leftovers for later. The salad was made with lettuce, cabbage, chickpeas, cucumbers, onion, and tomato. Yum! I had the traditional white sauce on the salad and falafel. I also ordered half a pita to eat my hummus with. Next time I'll order a whole. There was enough hummus for a whole pita (which was warm, soft, and fresh).
I'm so happy for this new addition to the typical burger joint (although their diverse menu covers that, too!).

Chicken over Rice with the hummus and salad were to die for ... yummmy!! I wish I could say the same for the $1.75 extra i paid for the Falafel Balls - NOT BALLS , just 1 thin falafe about the size of a small Mc Donalds hamburger patty but drier & tougher, tasted refried . I will order the Chicken over Rice but never again teh Falafel Balls

First time ordering from Halal Munchies. Ordered Lamb gyro, Chicken over rice and Cheese Fries. Lamb gyro was DELICIOUS and PACKED with flavor! White sauce, BANGIN! Comes wrapped in foil and was about the size of a chipotle burrito. Lamb meat was cooked to perfection and so good. Will order again!
Chicken over rice was delicious even without sauce. I added the white sauce after eating about half of it and it elevated the flavor!
Cheese Fries were very good too. Well seasoned fries and cheese sauce was very well paired. Not too much and not too little. This place is very good. We just placed our second order today!
