As for the meal.... As always - Hanaichi is unbeatable for taste , quality and affordability

My order arrived minus my drink. When I called to ask about my missing drink, the operator said it wasn't on the ticket. I said it was and he continued to say it wasn't. Then he said in a rude manner, if the ticket has the drink on it that I should come in and collect from the shop and he said I don't have time for this, then hung the phone up.
The food is great, but customer service was poor at best (Receipt uploaded so the shop can see I wasn't fabricating this story).

The food is always good but they always forget a drink or send the wrong dish.
The refund process is simple enough that it's not really that bothersome.

The Japanese Curry was amazing despite needing to be reheated by the time it arrived. Will definitely order from here again though.
