As for the meal.... As always - Hanaichi is unbeatable for taste , quality and affordability

• 7/3/25My order arrived minus my drink. When I called to ask about my missing drink, the operator said it wasn't on the ticket. I said it was and he continued to say it wasn't. Then he said in a rude manner, if the ticket has the drink on it that I should come in and collect from the shop and he said I don't have time for this, then hung the phone up.
The food is great, but customer service was poor at best (Receipt uploaded so the shop can see I wasn't fabricating this story).

The refund process is simple enough that it's not really that bothersome.
