This is my second time ordering from Happy's and they just don't disappoint. This is truly some of the best ice cream I have ever had! Do yourself a favor and spend the money! You won't regret it!!

This is by far my favorite ice cream spot in St. Pete, the flavors are so incredible and the best quality ingredients! The couple that runs this place are the sweetest.
