I ordered a cinnamon roll for $3.61. No one contacted me but changed my order to a plain biscuit. I wanted a cinnamon roll. If it wasn't available, someone should have contacted me instead of making a decision for me. I did not want a plain biscuit because I wanted something sweet. On a positive note, my sausage biscuit was delicious and it arrived nice and warm and they make the best sweet tea.

Biscuits were over done and hard. Eggs and sausage were wafer thin and small. Disappointing.
I was used to buying Hardees' big fluffy biscuits with healthy egg and sausage portions.

Country ham along with the biscuits were overcooked, thin and crispy. Biscuits usually soft and fluffy, but biscuits today were flat and crunchy.

50% of the time the chicken tenders are not that hot or are cold, along with the fries. That being said, the other 50% is amazing. Delicious hot chicken fingers, hot warm fries.

There was no charcoal flavor in either burger. Tasted like they were microwaved. Fries were about as thin as McDonald's fries.
