Overall, I've never had an issue with hardees before tonight, which is why I rated it two instead of one. I ordered the monster thick burger combo and it came to be almost $25, but I thought it would be fine since it's a once in a while thing for when I need lunch at work. Well, I received my food very quick and my dasher was very friendly, but when I got everything set up and took my sandwich out of the box the Pattie's were burnt and I would say the temperature was comparable to lukewarm. I was very disappointed especially after paying that price for one meal at a fast food restaurant. I really hope this helps the restaurant take into effect my experience to try and better it for others.
