Everything was perfect it was fried hard to my liking,the sauce was good ,and the customer service was above and beyond. Will definitely be back for more.

Barely any sauce on the food, five fries in the plate, chicken taste like it was fried in old grease, put the plate two to one bag, no lemon pepper on the chicken

Ordered the buy one get one free wing special and now I know why it was BOGO disgustingly disappointing!!!! what is happening with Harold's? The chicken was not fresh was dry like it was refried and mind you I ordered shortly after they opened; it didn't have lemon pepper as I ordered, I asked for mixed sauce tasted like all mild; there was barely any fries in it and what was given was dry like over cooked dry. There was hardly any sauce on the chicken and fries and the extra sauce I ordered was small too didn't help the cause at all. I wish we could bring back the good ol days when the original Harold's was operating. It's sad business owners are so greedy these days we are being handed this BS.

4 wings fries BOGO is a waste of money this chicken was not like the Harold's we grew up on and love; has NO taste and the chicken and fries were so dry it's like they took a tablespoon of sauce and drizzled it on the food. Harold's used to makes sure your food was fully covered in sauce I also asked for mixed sauce and it was not. And the peppers were disgusting as well you used to be able to squeeze the peppers and the juice would gush out on your chicken not any more peppers hard and dry too. What is going on? Why is food so nasty now? Why can't these restaurant owners follow the original blue print? Stop being cheap and put the sauce on the chicken and fries like the original Harold's and add the salt and pepper or lemon pepper when requested we want FLAVOR!!!!!!

I have tried this Harold's hoping that I would get consistent food taste, but each time I am sorely disappointed, therefore I will no longer support my neighborhood Harold's and will go back to traveling to the Matteson location.
This restaurant cares nothing about serving old food. I have received wings that were dark to the bone, as well as gizzards that were also dark and taste horrible, which to me was a definite sign of the food being too old for consumption, however, they cooked, sold and served these disgusting items with a clear conscious.
The restaurant is beautiful, a good place for entertainment, drinking and gambling, but certainly not for eating. I have complained about these same issues for the last time, especially for them to do nothing to correct the issue.
