These prices are great! The eggs are cooked to perfection. Home fries are seasoned just right. Get toast on side if you want it crisp as it comes inside on top of eggs and can get softened. Really good quality food.

just the best!!!! the maple bacon waffle was so amazingly delicious, the  maple cream was just perfect! i ordered a side of toast and they threw in an extra yummy little pastry with it!! it was delicious of course and so nice of them!

The favorite was a half of a hot dog not kielbasa, this entire experience was disappointing.  Harvey's is usually my favorite spot.

Crepes were over cooked and rubbery, fruit salad was just a couple grapes, brown banana, and cantelope.

I work from home and get breakfast on Mondays at a very early hour, so I usually get it from Harvey's. These guys are reliable, affordable, yummy and quick. Best in Dover.

My favorite breakfast place.  Excellent prices, quick delivery and coffee always arrives hot! They even let you leave instructions which is rare.
