• 8/30/24Second time ordering and everything was once again fresh and well made. Ordering with a group is easy as they thoughtfully label each item by name. Sushi is always fresh and tasty. I love their pepper tuna appetizer and the Traffic Lights rolls are delicious! The filet mignon hibachi is very flavorful and tender. Last time, my picky adult son made sure to tell us he really liked this place and was happy when ordering this time that his instructions/requests about his roll were exactly as requested. Will continue to order!

• 5/28/26Always a great experience ordering from here. Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection! I love the hibachi scallop dinner. The scallops are always so fresh and so good. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. Highly recommend

• 3/26/25Portions or rolls were smaller than other sushi restaurants in the area and far more expensive, especially the special rolls. $70+ for a California roll, shrimp tempura roll, Godzilla roll, miso soup and edamame is a bit much for the portion sizes.

As usual, delicious.
The only thing that kept me from 5 stars was the missing rice. What I did get was delicious. And I will definitely be ordering again.

• 6/22/26The Yellowtail Jalapeño was cooked and the sauce was boring and simple. The Spicy Miso Ramen was nothing like the picture or as described, truly instant ramen would have been better. Both dishes were very low quality. I would not recommend anyone spending money on Hayabei Sushi and needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.
