• 7/11/24Second time I've picked up here this week the ladies working were so nice. The bagels are HOT and stay hot. The egg and cheese bagel is my favorite and it was my first time trying an egg bagel with butter, so good!

• 11/3/25Absolutely love the fresh bagels and breakfast sandwiches from high Ridge. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it was terrible , the seasoning was so heavy and barely any dressing it did not taste like a Caesar wrap. It was also quite small for $19. I will stick to breakfast sandwiches.

• 5/15/25Have been using the Yonkers store as Hartsdale is closed. Numerous issues with this location as staff very often gets order wrong. Bagels are great but too many errors to continue using. Items missing and not prepared correctly - often. Not a quality issue but repeated human errors.

• 1 day agoAlmost everything was wrong. I asked for bacon egg and cheese and they gave me sausage egg and cheese all 3 coffees have sugar and milk we did not want. The poppy bagel had no ketchup completely dry.
