Very good! I first tried this place last April 2024 when I was visiting from Baltimore, Maryland. This was definitely on my to-do list coming back to visit again! Fresh ingredients tasty broth & beautiful presentation! I absolutely love this place!

I rarely leave reviews on DoorDash, but this order absolutely qualifies. I’ve never been more disappointed with a meal. The food was nowhere near authentic Japanese cuisine. The pork katsu was extremely fatty, the breading didn’t adhere to the meat, and the flavor was completely bland. The ramen was decent, but even a basic microwave cup of noodles has more seasoning than what I received.For $80, this is an order I genuinely regret. The egg rolls were freshly fried but mushy inside, and the green gyoza was just okay. I’m not sure what kind of reviews this place has been getting, but this particular order was a major letdown. Small portions, lack of flavor, no authenticity, and a high price — an expensive mistake. I would never order again.

I loveeee this place so much! I order from here all the time cus their ramen is great and their gyoza is absolutely to die for. I love their mochi for desert too and all the bowl customization you can do. The portions are pretty large, but you can get the smaller make-your-own-bowl instead if you're not feeling like eating too much. All the food tastes super fresh and when you order the ramen through doordash the soup stays really hot. They separate your items and noodles from the soup so they won't get soggy too!! 11/10 place

Since they opened, this has been favorite ramen place! I always get the Hinodeya Ramen (House Ramen) and it never disappoints! The Crispy Chicken Karaage is fantastic! This is my go to when I want something yummy and cozy! The food is always consistent!

Hinodeya Ramen has become my favorite noodles on the westside. Truly transcendent dashi-based broth, succulent roast pork and PERFECT noodles. How Hinodeya's ramen packaging keeps ingredients separate yet super simple to put it all together.
Takoyaki Don't miss their creamy/chewy goodness.
Gyoza were OK. Probably won't order again.
I have fallen hard for this Culver City gem.
