These guys are cutting corners.
The Tonkotsu Ramen contained a chunk of dry overcooked pork and virtually no veggies at all - basically cheap pork, noodles, and broth. Not legit Ramen and cheap to make and overpriced
The Alaska Roll was average - the salmon wasn't that fresh tasting, they didn't include soy sauce (!) and only a small dollop of weak wasabi that tasted like horseradish. Only two thin slices of pickled ginger.
There's much better options nearby don't bother. Too much obvious cost cutting.

Steam Porkbao(4) are absolutely tiny, barely quarter sized. delicious enough however.
the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was delightful, but the little tray used to keep the noodles and such separate from the broth can result in a pretty significant splash effect.

Hokkaido is one of my favorite ramen places in Fort Worth. The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is one of the best items on the menue. Full of flavor and veggies. Hokkaido isn't just know for Ramen though. Their bento boxes, sashimi/Nigiri along with their rolls are also so well done and so tasty. Every single dish is pretty large and I end up having to share it with my husband. 100% will be back. I will love this restaurant forever for their freshness, portion sizes, consistency, flavor, and customer service. Everyone that I have ever been served by at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and kind.

Spicy Edamame was great but unfortunately it was on its side and leaked in the bag. Godzilla Roll is a fantastic fried roll. Tonkotsu Ramen is definitely my favorite ramen I love to add an extra egg and fish cake to it. Beef Ramen was a great but definitely prefer the broth in the tonkotsu.
