The best tasting philly cheese in the south. Burgers get boring; they all taste the same EXCEPT here at Holly Philly. NO CAP! Loaded my bag with French fries. Always hot and I'd recommend this restaurant to my aunt who's lost the taste buds in her mouth lol

Cheesesteak taste great, they were hot and fresh and had a lot of meat. Great portion size, but the bread was really wet on the bottom. Not a fan of the cakes, tried the carrot cake and strawberry cake, they both taste horrible. I definitely recommend this place.

Onion rings were delicious and the best part for me. Sandwiches were hot when they arrived. The portion size was generous, but the meat on the Philly tasted like it was sitting in beef broth maybe? Everything could've been seasoned more because it lacked in flavor overall. The cheese was okay. Overall I wouldn't order again for the price listed.

This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

We ordered the cheesy bacon fries, and there was barely 2 little pieces of bacon on them. They also forgot one of our Oreo cakes entirely. I ordered an Old School Philly, and the meat was terrible quality—dry, burnt, and completely lacking flavor. To make matters worse, they left off the mayo.

What I don’t understand is why customers are given options to customize ingredients and condiments if those selections are just going to be ignored. Out of the three subs we ordered, two of them were missing ingredients that were specifically selected.

My family eats out 3–4 times a week, so we’re not quick to leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, this experience was bad from top to bottom. Missing items, incorrect orders, poor-quality food, and a complete lack of attention to detail. I can honestly say this is one of the worst restaurant meals I’ve ever had—if not the worst.

I won’t be returning, and I certainly can’t recommend it to anyone else.
