everything was delicious, they went out of their way to give me a call when they ran out of what I asked for to ask what I would like instead. Fish was perfectly cooked and arrived super fresh and really warm. Will 100% be ordering again.

The salmon fries were really good and creamy and loaded and very cheesy and flavorful. There was plenty of salmon and the portion size was more than enough for two people if you wanted to share. The reviews are correct. They are really good. The chicken wings were crispy, even the drums were good and usually I only like flats. It was flavorful, but I don't really think it was too salty as some other review stated. The chicken also taste fresh and that it was fried in fresh oil. The cake is what kept me from giving an overall five stars. It tasted like a regular store bought cake mix. It was OK but the slice was generous. If you're gonna use store-bought cake mix, add a box of strawberry instant pudding, and a teaspoon of vanilla to the mix and make a simple glaze with confectionery sugar, milk, and vanilla, cutting corners but not quality. I definitely will try this restaurant again and you should too looking forward to trying the banana pudding.

the fish was greasy and so small I paid 10.00 for one little piece of fish with a big roll. the roll covered the entire little piece of fish and I paid 5.00 for some greasy fries my overall statement is I will never ever buy anything else from Hooked Fish it was disgusting

My haddock tasted like some gooood fried chicken. Even smelled like it. That Hooked Fish Special will definitely be one of fav go-tos. And my friend loved their Hooked Chicken Special! Was eating like he was starving! LOl!! The meal was big enough to save some for later, and even though it took time to get back it home, it was still fresh and hot. And the Calypso was delicious!!!

I’m a Southern gal—I love their catfish because it’s a cornmeal-fried home staple. But tonight? Two dry, overcooked little pieces. Not the usual full-bodied fish I look forward to. Disappointed and still hungry.
