Burritos were made to perfection, well spread out in the tortillas, and tasted fantastic! This is what Chipotle and Qdoba wish they could be!

Hot Head Burritos has gone downhill off a steep cliff from what it was a year ago. Ingredients are frequently missing, instructions not followed, entirely different things than what you ordered will arrive, and the food almost Always arrives cold now- if it arrives At All. Some things now are frequently missing when the food arrives.
There's no care put into any of what they make anymore. Burritos will arrive "smothered" with probably a tablespoon of Queso, the fillings will all be outside the tortilla instead- except for the beans and meat for some reason- cheese is almost Never melted and when it is, it's VERY clear it was melted in the microwave.
If you order chips and Queso, don't expect to even get them, and if you do, the Queso will undoubtedly be cold, just like everything else.
Hot Head Burritos used to be what I would call a "Gourmet Taco Bell". Now? I wouldn't even stack it up against Del Taco on a drunken night.

I ordered chip with queso and salsa on side. It came like this. The queso was $3.50 and you can see there was a drizzle!
