The menu clearly stated that the chicken was boneless, but more than half of the chicken I received contained bones. The condensed milk that was supposed to come with the mini buns was also missing, and the packaging was covered in powder.
I immediately lodged a complaint and provided photos as evidence, but it has now been a week and I still haven't received any response. I'm extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the lack of customer service.
