W2. Wuhan Bean SkinCannot believe I have tasted factory oil in this dish, tried so hard to eat it and finally gave up :(
The noodles are better but definitely not authentic. They are not even using the alkaline noodles W1. Wuhan Hot Noodles

satisfied my soup and noodle cravings. the portions are fresh and generous and it's enough for 2 meals for me. will definitely get the cumin steak next time!

Toooooo salty even though I asked for less salt. The tofu skin is too hard to eat. Fish is over fried. The soy bean spicy is too salty yet not spicy or favorful. Too much spam added, which is not on the menu and I dont eat spam. Overall just doesn't taste good.
