Absolutely unacceptable. My food was handed to me in what looked like a small garbage bag. That alone was disgusting and unprofessional. The eggs were overcooked, dry, tasted old, and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. I ordered turkey sausage and was given what appeared to be pork sausage instead, which is a serious issue because I do not eat pork.
What makes this even worse is that the app showed my order as ready, but when I arrived it suddenly wasn’t. The entire experience felt careless, disrespectful, and poorly managed.
I paid for fresh food and accurate service and received neither. I want a full refund immediately. Based on this experience, I will never eat here again and would not recommend this location to anyone

I love the hashbrowns, but the Strawberry Waffle I ordered was missing the whipped cream and instead had a really gross cup of butter. The scrambled eggs that came with our hashbrowns were half-raw. I really want to enjoy this food, but the cook just didn't do a good job at all. I've ordered before and gotten great food, but it took an hour to get it. This time I tried ordering it express and got raw eggs and missing whipped cream, but I did get it faster. Everything is already incredibly pricey for the cost of ingredients and labor involved, so I expect the food to be as described.

Pancakes tasted burnt, bottoms were too dark. Hashbrows were hard as a rock. Butter was gross. The biscuit and gravy was great. Bacon was really nice as well. The one packet of ketchup I was given was a lovely touch. Restaurant employee was rude af.

Steak had been cooked via method of boiling it in saltwater it seemed. More fat than steak and way too salty. Essentially I paid $20 for eggs and hashbrowns

They always forget something! I paid for the food and I didn't receive all my items. I didn't get my hashbrowns. They didn't even give me syrup for my waffle. Every time I try to call before I order to check if they have the item I want in stock they never answer.
