I9. 湘味炒面(牛/虾) / Hunan Style Fried Noodles (Beef or Shrimp) is my favorite dish possibly ever. The quality and taste are perfect every time I would eat these every day if I could. Everything about this restaurant is perfection

The order was an hour late. That might not be the fault of the Dasher, I don't know. We've been ordering with this seevicegor years, usually at least once a week, and you've been very reliable until tonight. PoThe shrimp dish included tea leaves cooked so hard they were inedible-- like cardboard. And the shrimp (with shells on, BTW) were also way overcooked and tough. We gave up quickly. The hot sour soup was acceptable, but much better versions are available at a number of Asian restaurants in Davis. We won't be back. BTW, this restaurant is listed on your website as "Hunan Style" but the bill on the delivery bag said Panda Express. I would never have ordered from a Panda Express had I known.

Well packaged, good quantity but not something I would order again.
Each chunk of chicken had a lot of fat, cartilage, and bone. I get that that is just the way this dish is made, it's just not my thing.

Not a pork chop it was spare ribs but delicious. Dan Dan noodles super bland and doughy

E10. 毛氏红烧肉 / Chairman Mao Braised Pork was too soggy and fatty, sauce was watery. Needed to be cooked a while longer so it gets crispy and the soup becomes a glaze.
The chicken is inedible-all bones, cartilage, and skin.
Can't even feed it to my dogs due to the overpowering spice levels and bones. Waste of money.
