The burger has one tiny tomato end bit on it and no sauce. The spicy jack burger literally has one tiny bit of sauce and one single grass size leave. Just get maccas or kfc because this is actual rubbish.

I didn't get my Storm with Nutella® in my order. It's not that big of a deal but they didn't give me any message, any call, any possible replacements or leave a note on my bag saying they couldn't do my ice cream. I know that they can leave a note as I have been given a message in my bag previously about no ice cream

received a 3 piece instead of a 5 Jack's Fried Chicken Boneless Pieces and a smaller chip size than ordered. the chicken is damn good but I regularly have issues with this hungry jacks foretting items in an order, even outside of using doordash, and getting kind of sick of paying this much only to still be hungry & have to deal with the hassle of applying for a refund.
