very  very  very happy the pancakeDouble Blueberry Pancakes  were great great temperature and I appreciated  the blueberry strups this is important I had orders either bergen eats and they forgot them thank  you so much

Past exp not good with this store, but this time awesome. Chicken Fajita Omelette was gr8, well made, flavorful. Pancakes soft fluffy. tasty. They paced a good amount of butter,ihop sauce,ketchup etc. 5 stars

World-Famous Pancake Combo was supose to be cheesecake and it's just regular pancakes with strawberry topping on the side
Sent only 1 butter for the Buttered Toast and pancakes smh

Eggs were overcooked, Juice leaked right thru the cup,, syrup leaked all over the bag. I am a big fan of IHOP, go there all the time. I will not have it delivered anymore
