• 5/20/23If overconsumption of food wasn't a way to gain weight, I'd eat the creamy garlic prawn hotpot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing pizza, amazing everything.

• 3/29/25The pizza was decent, steak fries Steak Fries with Aioli were great. The food is a little expensive but I can deal with that... besides these tiny Classic Arancini (2 PCS) which are ridiculously priced. What a let down.

• 9/9/23Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork pizza was lovely. Chicken Scaloppine was a little bland, I always have to add to it when it gets here. The roasted veggies with it were heavenly though. Kids Bolognese was lovely and a small serving so it was a good proper kids serving size.

The food was generally just reasonable. However, the cost is over the top!
What shocked us most was the garlic/herb bread. It consisted of a puffed up bit of pizza dough, hollow in the middle, tough and unpleasant. It was 1/4 the size of a medium pizza. It cost $9.20 ! We couldn’t tell if it was garlic or herb. There wasn’t a choice option and didn’t know by taste. There are local restaurants that offer quality garlic bread free with a pizza purchase, and way better value too.
Then we had the Chicken Parmigiana. Sitting atop soggy chips. Couldn’t the chips be a side? The accompanying vegetables were ok, not great.
Sorry Il Lago. You have the potential. The food was tasty but you need to sort out your pricing, and quality of certain items (at those crazy prices).

• 4/24/23Il Lagos is always delicious and delivered efficiently. The food is packaged perfectly so that the travel doesnt effect the quality. Il Lagos is a family favourite
