• 5/28/24Delicious and very much needed. Toronto has a lot of great places to eat, but it was nice to find Impact King for some delicious and healthy options. The Warrior meal with grass-fed steak and the smoothie were the perfect combo to feel rejuvenated from the jet lag. Not to mention the yogurt I purchased, which I'm looking forward to eating for breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone seeking healthy and tasty food in Toronto!

• 7/15/25Normally like Impact Kitchen but the Power Breakfast was very unevenly made with a huge excess of green and a tiny amount of undercooked and cold sweet potato. The temperature overall was inconsistent with the various ingredients so I don't think I'd order this again.
