flavor explosion. honestly can't believe a place this good exists in north Greenbush. that being said, it's a priced a smidgen higher comparatively to other albany spots, but once I taste their food I've always been completely satisfied with zero regrets. if you're a wings/Buffalo wings fan...marinated + indian spiced wings have changed my whole perspective on this culinary hallmark. this place is jacks the abovementioned statement to 11. I usually hit indian for the gravy, biryani and various naans. I implore you to take your wing game to the next level and use this place as your catalyst for the change. (the gravy naans and other standard faire also rocks)

We ordered the Baingan Bartha V, Chilly Chicken South Indian, Spinach Chat, garlic Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi.
Everything was hot and delicious, Mango lassi wasn't my favorite I've had but still a tasty treat.
portions were good for the price.

I'm a foodie and Indian food is my favorite cuisine, I've tried many different spots
and have lived in Miami so I've tried many different places there and within the 518 but Indian Flame is by far my favorite
They have a whole vegan menu.. I've tried at least 7 different dishes so far and I've felt the love in every single meal
Have never once been disappointed, have had a lot of luck here so I stick with them :)
So delicious and spiced to perfection
The energy is always amazing, they will easily make you feel like family!

The food was delicious and abundant. However, for delivery it's really a mess. Everything came in separate containers for the parts, even the sauce for the rice pudding to be mixed here so of course it won't be good to eat for another 24h. The dosas came separate and folded so we had to separate the flaps of a dosa from its other half, and then spread the potato mix ourselves. Many containers of sauces - which go with what? Are they only interested in serving other chefs and cooks who know how these parts come together? I'm not sure they really want to deliver. The least they could do is include instructions for assembly. It all (except the Kheer - not yet ready) tastes delicious, but seriously? The Tandoori vegetables were much hotter than the Mild Spice we requested.
