This was the BEST Sancocho I have ever had. it was a real Sancocho with tender chicken, chorizo, soft plantain ball, and more. If you want the best, order it here

The food was flavorful. Wish they had given a little extra like some other places since I don't eat meat. The shrimp empanadas weren't dry either which is very important! Could have been more guisao and so far they are the better empanadas around town!

the Chicharron and the Pork Chicharron Lunch are my favorite meals from this restaurant! I've never had Chicharron with bones as I didn't have them in previous orders. That aside it was still absolutely delicious! Ingrid did not disappoint

I found out about Ingrid's restaurant from my express bus mateLet me just say this about this little shop it wasn't what I expected but coming from the Bronx this chick growing up in a Puerto Rican and Caribbean household the food is AMAZING.
And the herbs she use to season the food :-) reminds me of my childhood growing up. You know when you work in the door and Abuela is doing her thing. Yes. I know she not Of my heritage but she cooks like she is.
Ingrid make you feel comfortable as if she knows you.
This mom and pop shop is worth the trip.
