Late night craving and first timer! OMG, how have I not tried this deliciousness until now?! By far THE best ice cream I've ever had! I havent eaten all the cookies yet, but had the lemon one, it was amazing! A bit pricey, yes, but totally worth the splurge!!

I do not see the value in the price I paid for a 6 pack of cookies. Atleast for the same amount of money, Crumbl gives you LARGE cookies. Insomnia cookies were good, but small for the price. I won't be ordering again unless there's a really good deal going on.

These cookies were very soft and not too sweet. The only thing I would rather have is all the same size cookies since the Confetti cookie was bigger than the Snickerdoodle. Overall I would 100% get these cookies again.

I ordered the 6 pack and asked if they were placed in the oven and the employee told me no they sit in the warmer. They were room temperature. Every other time I've had them they were on the hot side. Employee told me he couldn't heat them up before I stepped out the door and turned right back around. The cookies were not fresh for $19 for 6 cookies. I asked for a refund he said it would take a day.

Massive disappointment. For the $$$ price, I expected substantial, gourmet bakery items. The cookies were smaller, thin, contained far too much sugar, and arrived broken. The blondie was overbaked - hard, crumbly and difficult to eat. Customer service was good, but I will not order again. :(
