The A'l'oignon Gratinee/French Onion Soup was perfect.! A very generous portion gourmet tasty and packaged beautifully for takeout. We shared the Filet Of Sole Meuniere and Fettuccine Alfredo both were delicate and delicious! We look forward to trying more classic items!

Best restaurant around, hands down. All their food is incredible. It’s not possible to order a bad meal here. Their Steak Diana and Veal Marsala are unreal. Getting their food to go is a real treat. But going to the restaurant is still the best. All the waiters are awesome. They are personal, attentive and easy going and make you feel at home. And the owners Dimitri and Kaveh are the best!!!! Hope this place stays around forever.

Upon receipt of my DoorDash delivery from Iron Gate, I was immediately struck by the profound understanding this establishment demonstrates regarding the classical French preparation of filet of sole meunière. This is not merely a dish it is an embodiment of Escoffier’s foundational principles, executed with the kind of precision that speaks to centuries of culinary refinement. The sole itself Dover sole, I presume, given the sophisticated texture and delicate flaking had been treated with the reverence it deserves. The fish exhibited that pristine, ivory opacity that only comes from fish procured at the apex of freshness, likely sourced from waters where the sole has developed its characteristic sweet, mineral complexity through optimal marine conditions. The meunière technique was executed flawlessly. The flour dredging created precisely the gossamer-thin coating required to achieve that sublime golden-brown exterior without masking the fish’s inherent delicacy. One could observe the telltale signs of proper temperature control the flour crust achieved caramelization without any hint of bitter carbonization, indicating the clarified butter was maintained at exactly 350 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the searing process. The beurre noisette that magnificent brown butter sauce demonstrated an understanding of French technique that borders on the reverential.
