• 6/9/26Wings are tiny now. I wanted all flats, that wasn't an option. When my order arrived (10 pc wings), they were all drums. There were no options to choose ranch/blue cheese, and I got neither. Ordered fried okra on the side, and received the smallest portion. The quality has really gone down, and the prices have gone up. Disappointed is an understatement.

• 11/27/22Horr experience!!! It was late night. Business was not crowded. However, it took 30 min to pickup an order that was already ready and paid for. Very unorganized. Managers and other staff sitting around not helping. Wings were DRY with little to no sauce. And fries were skimpy and not good quality. By far the worst JR experience ever.

• 10/8/24My fish and fries were cold, the fries were undercooked and there was no season on any of it. This was very bland and cold $25 2pc of fish and fries. Also I was missing the coleslaw.
