Breakfast was ordered and picked up within 10 min! Staff is always kind and helpful and the food is always on point 5/5. I eat here almost everyday and this jacks never disappoints

Biscuits was cooked to perfection as always! I love eating at this restaurant. Food is always good and staff is super nice and my orders always ready within 10 minutes

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from here because I keep hoping that maybe they will have someone that cares more about getting an order correct than the last.
Every time I have ordered and payed extra for sauces, I never get them. I have ordered fries as a side with my meal that comes with 2 sides and never received the second side, they always just give me one side and a biscuit...and I am paying for 2 sides with my chicken.
Today, I ordered a pint of Mac and cheese and for $10 definitely did not receive a pint...they filled 3 small cups half way up.
This store needs workers that actually know what they're doing and can manage to read an order and complete that order without error.
