Burritos were fantastic i should have ordered more. Everything was hot and tasty.

The chicken patty and the jalapeno poppers are undercooked. Jalapeno poppers are soggy and the cheese inside is not fully melted. The chicken patty has uncooked spots. Not the first time it happenes and I don't want my money back I just hope it gets fixed.

I asked for RANCH and i received hot sauce and ketchup. lady also gave me an attitude about how my drink had no ice in it, so it was gonna look half full. I didn't bring it up until she kept saying it, asking if she could just top the rest off. she kept giving me attitude and I wouldn't have said anything if she had maybe informed me that there was no ranch, so I would at least LIKE my sauces with my fries. this was a $17 order like that's an hour of my wages. I want it to be made right like why am I being scammed out because some middle aged woman is tired of her job? not fair!!! and my Large Sourdough Jack® Combo had like no tomatoes on it... the entire sandwich and it has one slice that is smaller than half the circumference of the bread... if you don't have pride in making food, just leave....

Egg Roll was clearly cooked in the same oil was their Churros, meaning it smells sickenly sweet. They were also burnt. It didn't make it inedible by any means, and the filling was still good, but it make the outside really bad.
Time to prep food was incredibly short. Very impressive.

all good except the fry on my Large Double Jack® Combo . if the only size I can select for a combo is large, the fry should at least be FULL! would have given 5 stars if not for that. everything else was yummy as usual!
