They let me order milkshake add boba when I arrived they gave me a coffee with added boba I asked for the milkshake I ordered they gave me a vanilla milk shake and said they have the boba but refuse to put it in the ice cream as its for the coffee only and they made me give them the coffee back with the boba they wasted putting in the wrong drink in the first place. I payed 9$ for a drink I didn't receive.

Really disappointed in the serving size given for our "large" Seasoned Curly Fries. We got three orders with each of our meals and this is how full all three of them are. Other than that, it's jack in the box and it tastes good. Orders correct which is a plus.

Literally every time we order here, something is missing. My Classic Birria Tiny Tacos were missing. Plus, they take no care in making sure the cheese on our Ultimate Cheeseburger™ is even melted or that the burger is fresh. Plus, the cheese wasn't even fully ON my bunless burger this time. They also forgot the sweet and sour for my eggrolls. This location's service has gone way downhill.
