I needed to update my review
after cooking 4 thanksgiving & Xmas a day B4 new year I couldn't take it no more I strolled & strolled to find something I could afford & reasonable to avoid cooking & JACK came through... everything was fresh & hot I poured the whole bag on the counter looking for what was wrong & to my SURPRISE everything was perfect & package was was grand I wish I would have ordered some fries though 😊😊

the chicken content was less than half the box and were hard. the Onion Rings were hard and over cooked. am very disappointed and wanted a refund

My Extreme Sausage® Sandwich, which has always been perfect every time I've ordered it, was dry.
Also, it has been inconsistent with the Chocolate Shake orders. Sometimes they sent the domed lids with the whipped cream, and other times they don't, even when I do not ask them to remove the whipped cream.

Loaded tiny tacos were pretty great. Good flavor and the sauces softened the taco shells for fork use. The strawberry shake was nothing less than you'd expect. The munchies chicken and tater sandwich was very grease-heavy and I couldn't stomach more than half of it.
