the egg rolls were fine but my drink was not full it was half and it did not have a sticker on top for you put the straw in which is not sanitary. that's false advertisement for Jack in the Box you show a picture on it I guess that's how much they put in when you order no ice you don't get nothing so can you imagine if the ice is in there how much drink you have that much jacked up Jack in the BoxStrawberry Red Daze Red Bull Infusion w/ Red Bull® Energy

the salad was bad, smell was bad. Ended up tossing it, 10 bucks for a bad salad I feel jipped and haven't heard a single response back for when I first reported it. somehow it's noted as resolved, no its not because I still don't have my money back.

The food was dripping grease. They forgot to put sauce. Also, everytime I order, it will say it will take about 15 min but I end up waiting about an hour. The food and service is extremely terrible. Need to retrain or find new manager. The last time I ordered from this place I had to order 3 separate times. Each time they forgot my food, by the 3rd time I received my food i ended up throwing it away because again it was dripping grease.
