My fries were cold and not fresh when they arrived. And the 8 piece chicken nugget only had 4 nuggets and one giant piece of nuggets all stuck together that was so gross and gooey in the center that it was inedible.

I got the Jack’s Meal Deal for Four the 2 hamburger were ok and the frys were OK but the 2 chicken sandwiches were out of the wrapper and the tacos were so oil soaked they weren't eatable.Half the meal was OKthe other halfnot so much. I think it shouldnt all just be thrown in to one bag. It would help to bag things separately then put it all in a big bag.

Shake was creamy, Mini Churros were still warm. When you put the Vanilla Shake on a churro it's so good. I'm telling you!

mozzarella sticks were wet and cheese was sticking out only one was appetizing enough to eat. fries were barely filled and drink was half way full i would order from a different location if i were you

For months every single order from this location has had something missing (like a whole sandwich) or completely not what I ordered (ordered a boba milkshake and ended up with a small iced coffee somehow) If you need to order for multiple people, you probably aren't going to get everyone's food if you order here. You will likely have to get a refund and reorder. And the food quality is embarrassing tbh. I always end up with a half-full carton of dry, burnt, unsalted, stale shards of fries and consistently get the wateriest fountain drinks ever here no matter the flavor. I am unsure what is going on there, maybe it's mgmt or tech issues, but I've worked in fast food and am truly baffled at how consistently it feels like my order was half-read before being filled and sent out. perhaps it is just too busy with orders coming from all sides. But if you're gonna pay the fees for deliveries, unfortunately I'd advise going elsewhere to get something actually tasty and correct, the first time.
