Food was hot, and delicious. Special requests were honored as ordered. The burgers/ sandwiches were not sloppy. Sauces ordered were in the bag with napkins.

First of all, how can you charge almost $6 for an egg sandwich where the egg is paper thin and so small it doesn't even cover the bun!? It's rubbery, sits under a heat lamp and horrible! With that lack of quality, you can at least cook to order! When they were good, they were .99! And $5 for a soda!? Really!? Are you out of your mind!? The burger meat is also nothing! Thin, small and over cooked! I guess it's hard to make a med cooked burger when it's as thin as paper! All the food is SO LOW QUALITY. Onion rings, barely any onion...all hard breading! ETC ETC! I'm an old timer when JITB was good! This corporation and all the staff & restaurants have gone down the toilet!

Got a salad and it tasted very gross, the lettuce was soggy and a lot of the parts were brown and gross and there was barely any chicken in the salad there was probably about 3 small pieces

Honestly, it was definitely spicy but otherwise it was just mediocre. Overcooked and slightly stale. Curly fries were soggy too, almost as always.

Order arrived in an unsealed bag, was missing two items, plus the sprite tasted like straight citrus it was overwhelming.
