I got the bacon and Swiss buttery smashed shack with the mini churros and the chocolate cake tasted really good and fresh. I've done ordered a few times now. I just wish it wasn't so expensive after delivery and tip

too expensive for the portions you get. underwhelming for sure
you also get 4 slivers of onions, giant piece of lettuce

the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich is disappointing.
First, the chicken filet is very small, it doesn't fill the bun. I was surprised because it looks like a huge piece of chicken on the menu.
Second, the chicken I received is like jerky. It has been fried to death. I don't even think I can bite into it--it is literally petrified chicken. the coating is off half of it, so you can see how hard and fried the chicken inside is. Very disappointed. I ordered this at about 8 pm, so I think they gave me chicken that has been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Yuck.

I haven't had a burger from here for quite a while but the burger I had was junk. The burger meat was not meat. It was mush. I was forced to buy a large size combo meal as I was not offered any other sizes. Jack's quality has really gone down. The only thing I like are the egg rolls.

I got the buttery jack smash combo with bacon and the half fries and Sprite and it was actually really good but wish fries weren't so salty. Burger tasted fresh and I would order again
