I ordered a classic smash burger combo. I received bread and cheese that smelled burnt. I called the restaurant to tell them they messed up on my order and they said I ordered it that way when I clearly didn't. Trying to speak to the representative that answered the phone was hard because she was too busy talking to another employee and gossiping and had me waiting for her to finish her conversation before she assisted me. It was very unprofessional. My daughter gave me her chicken sandwich because my sandwich was missing the meat and also smelled. Her chicken sandwich also had a smell to it as if it was burnt. I don't know what they did tonight on their cooking but I couldn't not eat the sandwich which the smell it had. I spent &30+ at this location, I will never order again from here..

The ultimate cheeseburger was great and my girl loves the tacos. The fries were not freshly made that was a little disappointing.

It was cold. Bread and bacon were hard. Asked for 1 with no ketchup and they did both of them the same way.

I ordered a Supreme Croissant and I got a dry croissant with egg and sausage NO BACON NO HAM NO SAUCE ETC. coffee was lukewarm.

There was barely a drop of cheese but they made it up by giving me the avocado lime sauce. I never had it before and it was good!!
