I ordered drinks and didn't get them and the taco had nothing only little meat and 1% cheese 1% meat and 98% shell what is this.

Jack in the box is the only store I order from that consistently gets orders right every time, with the food being delicious, hot, and fresh every time. I always get the Stuffed Jalapenos (7) and they are delicious.

Spent $5 on half of an order of fries, not to mention the door dash charges. This is the third time jack in the Box has done this. Consistent with small amount of food

The burger had to much sauce (over sauced).. the bread was too saggy. Charged for a large curly fry and it looks like a medium

Online menu shows a certain container for loaded curly fries I got a burger box with the incorrect amount of curly fries. The fries I got weren't enough to fill a small curly fry order. When I called I was told by an employee that clearly didn't have time to talk or any care for customers stated that "our fries come prepacked like that" so this employee states Jack in the box is well aware they are ripping their customers off by already pre packaging their curly fries. Employee also stated they didn't have those containers showed on the app but no communication on that fact at all and no help whatsoever when called and making the complaint. Employee just kept rushing me off the phone because he knows what the staff did was not right.
