this jack in the box in specfic is always superon it with sides, drinks, food in general they also give you sauce when you ask for it. their food is always consistent freshly made not sitting under a heat lamp sometimes takes a little longerbut worth the wait. wouldalways order from this jack again.

I'm sad to say that the cheddar bacon biscuit did not meet Jack's usually high standards. Although it was delivered in record time the sandwiches were cold. Instead of being dry and flaky the biscuit was damp and compacted. The bacon was burned and the egg was overcooked. The flavor of the cheese (which was not melted) dominated the sandwiches. What happened Jack? How about a refund?

This is the second time we've ordered DoorDash from this Jack in the Box and it's the second time they've jacked up the order. Both times for the exact same thing. We ordered the cheeseburger ketchup only and it has come with everything on it. So annoying!

this morning I ordered a breakfast combo and I ordered french fries instead of hashbrowns. I did not get the french fries I got the hashbrowns that I didn't want. Two days ago I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and when I got the order there was absolutely no teriyaki in the bowl at all. And none in the package. The teriyaki bowl was completely dry and I couldn't even eat itso it was a wasted. It's frustrating to be charged for items you don't get or that are wrong
