Ordered very late at night, not expecting much, and everything arrived hot and fresh; the fried sides didn't taste of old grease, and the Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger wasn't quickly thrown together with an old, dehydrated patty.

The sausage seemed undercooked very chewy. The French toast sticks were hard as a rock literally hurt my teeth, trying to eat them.

The Monster tacos were made perfectly. The Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® was dry and had nothing on it. Very plain and very dry for a premium burger 😒

Breakfast Jack should be: Top and bottom of bun, one egg, one slice each of cheese and ham. My breakfast jack = Bottom half of bun and an egg. A little over half of the sandwich is missing?

Food tasted weird, had to throw away and it arrived cold and squished and was not appealing at all. Very disappointing. Bread was burnt looking
