I paid $20 for a teriyaki bowl with extra chicken and sauce. I literally got 5 little chunks of chicken and no extra sauce at all. It was super dry.

Beware the featured "Bonus" Jack combo meal. I purchased the large combo because of the price, thinking it was a promotional deal. Like the picture, the drink and fries were the normal large size, but unlike the picture, the burger was tiny and didn't have much flavor, even with its "special sauce."

The Double Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger was the best burger I've had in a long time, tasty and juicy. But I have a question: Why have you quit including ketchup packets and napkins in your delivery orders?

Bacon Double Sourdough Smashed Jack™ Combo was stale and old and the chicken was gross and old the only thing edible was the onion rings everything else went in the trash
