So no spicy chicken means no chicken at all.tacos cold gross and greasy came in a box on my floor... no sauce I ordered this laguna beach jack in the box has always been the WORST! Cold fries. No katsup no napkins and no straw for the drink. Stoked on 15$! Plus delivery

Lousy food and customer service. Online orderng seems to be a waste of time because the crew pushed every other order leaving me wondering when I'd receive my order. Asking about it was met with non action, ignoring. Upon leaving the store another customer stopped me to apologize for the store staffs rude behavior toward me. Imagine, other customers actually witnessed such poor and unacceptable customer service being given to me. Nicest young man being so kind to a senior. Not worth the wait ever. Terrible food. Double cheese burger a dry tasteless grizzled waste of money.

My order came quickly, it was fresh, the food was good, and my driver was quite polite. Especially for an order at 2 am. Would recommend.
