this ishe first time I got my food especially my tacos first time they weren't soggy they where great all the food was been to other jack in the box and this one is the best thank you

The "large"popcorn combo was extremely disappointing. The popcorn chicken were tiny and came in a small box. The only large things were the drink and fries. The fries tasted amazing and were filled to the top. The ultimateburger was good too.

The order was received fairly quickly however the quality was really bad. The ultimate cheeseburger was cold, cheese was not melted. seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. the bun was also hard, as if it had been sitting out of the package for hours. Also, the shake I ordered wasn't included. probably the last time I'll order from here again.

Food was great as per usual and warm, please accommodate your employees accordingly. Only upset which is ok nothing is perfect, was no sealing for protection for drinks. It's no biggie but just in case. Will order again
