The food was good but I asked for no ranch dressing Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club and it was smothered in ranch dressing! There was so much of it that it went through the box, then through the bag. It was disgusting.

This is the 2nd time I don't get what I ordered. We order the double jack but got the regular jumbo jack. They don't pay attention to the receipts they need to slow down im tired of this next time im picking the other location.

cold fries tacos not to order and Jumbo Jack was just sub satisfactory ridiculous for the amount they're charging

Fish sandwich undercooked. Taste like hot bologna somehow. .oddly moist. Double bonus Jack is also a sloppy mess. More sauce than burger. Fries taste like microwaved sticks of sadness. This meal frustrated me. Cost me money and peace of mind.
