Friendly Customer Service by far the vest I have seen anywhere any store hands down. and the management and staff are great contributing to the health and well being of our society. more than once I have seen them buy a cup of coffee for a cold soul.

the fries were good but I could not eat the chicken sandwich. the bread was burnt, the chicken was so over cooked the batter was to hard to bite and the chicken was like leather. that was the lg jacks spicy chicken sandwich . it was sad

Overall the food was good. My only complaint is the Two Tacos hardly have any meat. Just a minuscule amount along the bottom of the shell. It's mostly tons of lettuce & hot sauce.

Taco's were squished under the burger and the onion ring had a whopping 3 and 1/2 rings inside.
But they got the no ice in the drink like I had asked for.

The hash browns were overcooked and normally are. The sandwich was good but they need to pay attention two how long they cook the hash Browns.
